The ILO's results-based evaluation strategy 2023-25 outlines the key strategic outcomes, indicators and targets of the evaluation function. It seeks to improve evaluative capacity, encourage critical reflection, learning, knowledge sharing, and promote and improve evaluative thinking and practices based on a strong evaluative culture.
