HealthWISE - Work Improvement in Health Services - Action Manual
HealthWISE is a practical, participatory quality improvement tool for health facilities. The HealthWISE package consists of an Action Manual and a Trainers' Guide to combine action and learning. The Chinese translation was prepared by the National Institute of Occupational Health and Poison Control of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Action Manual helps initiate and sustain changes for improvement, using a checklist as a workplace assessment tool, designed for identifying and prioritizing areas of action. Each of the eight modules illustrates key checkpoints to help guide action.
