The Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation: Promoting Rights, Diversity and Equality in the World of Work (PRIDE) project is conducting research on how discrimination against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) persons is manifest in the workplace. The project will use the research as a basis for working with governments, and workers and employers’ organizations to promote rights, diversity and tolerance in the workplace. The research is being undertaken in Argentina, South Africa, Hungary and Thailand.
