Bermuda is a non-metropolitan territory of the International Labour Organization (ILO). The Overseas British Territory participates in ILO-led activities to advance decent work and social justice across subregion, including the biannual Caribbean Ministers of Labour Meeting as well as capacity building opportunities. The prioritization of workforce development has resulted in an updated Apprenticeship Program that promotes youth empowerment, productivity and economic growth.
