So good! I didn't have any fresh herbs so used baby spinach for freshness and then dried herbs for flavour. My boys were excited to eat "green hulk meatballs" for tea.

Wow , this will be my Friday night dinner ! A bit of wet and cold weather coming as you know, I have almost everything in the pantry, coconut and curry are so good together, especially with chook. Thank you again Nagi , and PS Dozer looks so relaxed standing there in the pool with his big fluffy chops on the edge haha, too cute, Cheers!

Hi, I’m vegetarian, I realise this one won’t taste as nice without the chicken flavour but which combination of vegetables would work nicely for this? I’m thinking butternut, sweet potato, cauliflower, maybe spinach, beans? Any other suggestions?

I'm going to make that this week Nagi as I have all the ingredients. Have you tried Kara coconut cream/water? I can spoon it out solid and eat it, better quality than any others I've ever used. Asian grocery stores have it. It's to die for
